Recently, Purpose Institute has proven an effective tool for leadership preparation in districts and mission regions. Purpose Institute is designed to be used by regional leaders for just such an effort. The real value is that a student can get their training locally and not have to travel or relocate. Relocation often disrupts the ministry that a leader is already offering while it is suspended for a period of training. Affordability is also a factor in whether some leaders get the training they need and PI is built with that sensitivity.
