Accountability to a group of senior leaders who have a passion for training and excellence is vital to our success. In the spring of each year, Purpose Institute conducts the “PI Summit”. At this meeting, key leaders and the global staff thoroughly examine the health of the organization and map future improvements. It is a time of intense, focused prayer for the Lord’s direction and blessing for this ministry. The Executive Board’s role during that meeting is to review finances and big picture decisions that affect the organization. The Executive Board weighs potential decisions against our vision, governing values, wisdom about timing and the reputation we hope to maintain for the glory of the Lord.
